Ory vs. TDs

This isn't a "which is better for me" thread so don't tell me to search. But I've read many threads like that and I can't understand for the life of me why anyone would prefer an ory to TDs? Is there really any reason I'm not seeing? IF I'm correct you lose alittle ground clearance but gain more power and better sound. Did I pretty much sum it up or am I missing something?

I have to keep my car somewhat quiet for a DD. I want duals but they are not practical for me. When I buy another DD, dual will go on.

I got rid of my duals and went with stepped headers with merge collectors and an ORY because I want to drive mine more. You don't lose that much from going from TDs to ORY. Prolly a tenth if that.

TD's are more expensive and are more complicated to have installed. I tried to do a 3" TD system with cats and decided it would be more practical to do a y pipe setup with cutouts instead.
