what causes......

what causes...... front 02 sensors to bad? I have a sealed system (not open headers/cutouts), the rears have been deleted. And the car has been dyno tuned. This is the second set of front O2's that i am going through in the past year, btw, i have the bosch 13111's

I have found that driving around above 1500 RPM helps them stay hotter. MY stock ones gave up and looked terrible when I drove around at 1000-1300RPM. Now that I have switched to 13111 and drive at or above 1500 RPM I have not had a problem
