Anything but the ASP. I'm going to have to purchase a belt tentioner this week due the the belt coming off at high RMP's.

i have an asp and i like it i also had to purchase a belt tensioner but you have to buy one for almost any underdrive pulley that is 25%

I have my ASP pully that I have now on two different cars so far and never had problems with throwing belts, I'm happy with it.

why 25% not 10% ?? when shal i ran 10% instead of the 25%? high rpms? need explination!!

I've never thrown a belt with the March pulley. Stock tensioner with Dayco Poly Cog belts. Probably throw a belt now that I've said that

are there any drawbacks AT ALL to getting a 25% UD pulley besides if you have a big stereo system or drive in rush hour traffic? ie. road trips or anything?

I have a March underdrive with a sound system (amp/subs) and was using an Optima red top battery, plenty of cold cranking power and always pulled/held a good charge.

i have been saying this forever. if your pulley alignment is off, you will throw a belt!! now i'm not saying every tensioner was perfect from the factory, but i believe more people threw belts because of improper pulley installation than a crappy stock tensioner. just my opinion, though. i've had ASP pulleys on three different cars now and never had a problem.

I have had an ASP for 5 years. After the 383 was done it has thrown the belt a few times and I just replaced the belt today. We'll see if it works for a while w/o buying an adj. tensioner.
