I've used stock GM CORVETTE replacements and Bosch 13111's and both have worked very well for me.

Im fairly certain he's running an open loop tune, which discards any and all info from the o2 sensors.

Well, I drove it about 25 miles and the damn SES came back on and threw a P1153 code. Is that a hard code that has to be manually deleted or will come back if you just disconnect the battery for a couple of hours (like I did) to try to reset it? Anyway I went to autozone to have it scanned again and the guy went ahead and deleted. Gonna drive it some more to see if it will come back. Hopefully it wont.

Bring it back, as its got a 3 month warranty. Ive had a bosch sensor that was throwing codes right away and I exchanged it and the next one worked fine for a good long while. Sadly its one more thing you just cant get around.

Do you need extentions with the 13111 sensor?

No O2 sims needed when you have the right software

The rims are from CCW, 18s all around.

And as for the 13111, you do NOT need wire extensions. They already have more than enough length to reach your headers.

No, they are plenty long to reach where they need to go.

Well, the damn SES light came on again and I am going to take it back to get it scanned again and if it is the same code (P1153) I am going to replace the one 02 with a new one, under warranty of course, and if that doesnt help I dont know what else to do. Any suggestions, other than totally deleting the codes???

Oh yeah, I dont have any type of mechanical or electrical problems with this code. The car still runs like a champ

If you decide to delete, its not as scary as you might think. If you only delete the insufficient switching codes, youll still be notified of any other oxygen sensor failure codes. I deleted my insufficient switching codes and did not have any problems. Although its always nice not to have the code in the first place.

Ok, I let it go for a while and this morning on the way to dropping off the kids to school the SES light goes off. Im guessing it ran its test and didnt fail so the light went off. Now late this afternoon I was driving to work and the SES came back. Has anyone else had this happen to where its intermitten? Would it still be a bad sensor? I just bought these brand new. HELP!!!

Chances are, it is a bad sensor (I know, it sucks, but that's what headers will do).
