Plug mistake Ok lets say some boner (me) 
changed the plugs and for some unknown reason forgot to use anti-seize the best time to try to remove the plugs is when the engine is completely cooled correct?
It hit me the day after i did the tuneup ehen i was at work and i saw those little packs of anti seize on the counter "OH S__T" my engines all aluminium
I just wanna make sure cause i want a set of heads but not that bad and not right now

Yes always when the heads are cool. I had to get a set YES a set a of my friends grand prix a while back. He had tried to pull them out when it was hot. Ended up helicoiling all 6 of them.

It's not the end of the world if you forget the anti-seize. Just use it next time, or if you have the time you can pull 'em back out and put some on.
