Need an Exhaust

Ok guys after 3 months of waiting & saving I have enough for my Exhaust. Its going to be GMMG. Just wondering what is the chepest site But at the same time dose not make you wait forever to get it. "Note i am not looking into gettting the special Tips"

Also what are your thoughts on getting a New Y-PIPE.will i get anything over the stock with just the cat back? "I need to remain Emishions legal"

A new Y pipe really wont help alot. I know it looks restrictive b/c of the bend but the most restricive points in the factory exhaust are the manifolds and the muffler
