Default o2 extensions

I just bought a set of coated pacesetter longtubes for my 98 T/A. They come with the supplies to extend the o2 sensors. what i was wanting to know was should i buy the o2 extensions at like $20 a pop, or just wire them up myself. Is there really that big of a difference? I mean the car is never driven in the rain or snow. what do you guys think?

How many miles are on the car?Me personallyI would just get new o2's and go with the Vette rears. They have longer wires,so no need for extensions and you'll be getting new o2's out of it.Bosche #13111,I dont know the Denso number but you can search for it.

If you cant get new o2's I would buy extensions versus cutting my wires.I use the Vette rears but used extensions before switching.

I agree. I just bought the bosch vette rears @ $62 each. I've heard bad things about the denso's. The bosch vette rears will work better than your stock O2's will anyways. If you don't have the money for the vette rears, I'd at least buy extensions.

If you haven't gotten the extensions already, knowing what I know now, I would also do the vette sensors.
