Coating QTP or Kooks headers?

Coating QTP or Kooks headers? has anyone coated their SS headers?? reason i ask is because i want to know how my under hood temps would be affected or if it would hurt anything, thanks!

There's really no reason to coat stainless steel headers. The stainless steel already keeps temperatures cooler than mild steel would. It's really just for appearance. Kooks does offer their headers coated, but it adds another couple hundred dollars. QTP probably does too, but I haven't checked.
