Water pump is a common leak point. If water pump is leaking you would probably have to put water in it every other day. Look at the weep holes on the pump and see if there is any coolant stain on the side of the pump.

It wouldn't explain coolant in the oil though. That would usually be head gasket, but you already did that.

The foamy stuff on the cap is normal, its condensation, commonly seen this time of year.

Pull the spark plugs and do a coolant system pressure test. Pressurize it and let it sit and see where the coolant is going.

Here's hoping it's doesn't come out one of the spark plug holes (i.e. cracked block or sleeve since you've replaced heads/headgaskets).

Yes, normally a cracked sleeve or block would let the coolant into the combustion chamber and burn white smoke out the exhaust.

yeah but it depends where its leaking into an exhaust port or oil port. Generally it needs to be a fairly good leak or rip to put water in the oil or dump out of the exhaust. Many shops have simple tests that can check for head gasket jobs that they can do for free or like half an hour of labor time. Might be worth it for ya.

sound like the heads need to be retorqued to me. This is common with aluminum heads. the factory always put two cubes of bars stop leak in motors for this reason.
