Default How do you re-install.....

How in the heck do you reinstall the harmarnic balancer? I went to chevy, high dollar "snap-on" installer. Didnt fit. Thanks.

The best way is to get a threaded rod, washers and nut. Thread the rod in, then pull it on with washers and nut. If it's really tight - heating it in the oven helps.

Check the camshaft installation section, theres a whole shabangabang about putting the pulley back on.

threaded rod is my first suggestion, but if it's as rare to find as it is around here, Napa part number 2801-225 is a longer bolt that will catch 5 or 6 threads in the crank snout - you'll need a couple big washers too
