Yet another header question.
Yet another header question. I am looking at getting headers in the near future. I was looking at getting a pair of Jet Hots. After reading some threads I read on that someone stated that with coated steel headers will only last a few years because they start to rust. I don't want to replace them in a few years. Have ya'll had good luck with weathering on coated headers? Am I better off saving for a set of stainless headers? My car is a DD in all weather in a hot humid climate. Thanks for your imput.

I ordered Pacesetters (waiting install) coated...I just got them so I can't comment on the longevity but,I used to have BBK ceramic coated headers on my old mustang...with the ceramic coating after almost 3 yrs (daily driving),they looked like the day I put them in...I would at minimum go with a ceramic coating unless you have the coin for stainless (few of us do) then go that route like said...Good luck!
