if you search you will see tons of people have these headers. u get extensions anywhere, doesnt matter what header you have, long tube will all use the same extensions

If I remember correctly QTP recommends 24" extensions. I believe they type of plug depends on the year of the car. Mine were square.

speedinc offers these two, not sure maybe 12''s are for mid lengths.
