ORY Hitting Floorboard!
What should I put in between the floor board and the ORY because it keeps banging the floor, it practly rests on the floorboard, and there is no more room for adj. I was thinking about some sort of rubber, but it might melt.. Any suggestions.

I used heater hose held on by a huge hose clamp.
Cut a length of the hose run the hose clamp through without closing it, wrap around the y-pipe just under the driver's side floor board and sandwich it between the floor board and exhaust pipe. Then slide the hose clamp together and screw it closed until tight enough not to move around. Viola' instant bump stop mod...
Or buy the Mufflex bump stop from a sponsor for about $45---->

I wouldn't put anything between it because you will always have some vibration or weird noise at that spot. Flattening the pipe a little at that spot won't hurt a thing and that's the route I would take. Also, like the others said install poly mounts. But if the pipe is always resting against the floor, poly mounts won't fix it.

I agree the all around best method though is Poly motor mounts!
