I need to replace my spark plugs and was wondering if the denso iridium spark plugs that sell for $13 a piece worth it when I can buy AC Delco Iridium spark plugs for $7. I have the NGK iridium spark plugs now.

After the 1st time changing my plugs, I would have said yes. It took so long the 1st time that I didn't want to ever change them again. Now after doing it a couple times, it isn't hard and doesn't take very long. The copper TR55's are a better performing plug and are less than $16 for all of them. You have to change them more frequently, but it's not a big deal. I think they are the unanimously best plug for the LS1.

My car has 143K miles and I have ony changed the spark plugs twice. So I need some spark plugs that will last me another 60K miles, if the drivetrain lasts that long.

When you can change them all for $16, as opposed to $56 - $104 for the iridium, doesn't it make sense to use the TR55's?? You could change the plugs in your car every 15,000 miles if you wanted to, and still end up spending less than you would for the iridium plugs. Not saying that you would have to change the copper plugs that often, just making an analogy, my .02
