Default Question for users and/or sponsors, Bassani Catback

Is the over-the-axle pipe is welded to the muffler, or is it bolted on using a flange coupler? (From the pics I've seen it looks welded.)

If it's bolted on by flange, it sure would make muffler swaps easier. (In case I wanted to switch to their more performance minded muffler.)

And if there are any sponsors reading this post, what's the best price you can do for the Bassani (#57985) stainless steel Cat Back W/ 5X10 muffler for 98-02 Z28?
