Are you guessing on this or are you sure? I am thinking about doing the SW. I love the GMMG, but if the SW is a little louder, maybe that would work out better for me. I just don't want to buy something raspy or quieter than GMMG.
There isn't that much difference, side by side, very close, no not a guess. Hard to tell now because I have a cam and my friend with the GMMG doesn't, so mine is louder. Before the cam it was almost hard to tell, but mine seemed slightly louder.
I run random tech flow thru cats and it is not raspy. Either way, they sound good, after a cam it really wakes it up.

I think the gmmg uses 18" sections, not quite sure but thats what ive heard. 16" would be louder and closer to the open header sound. 20" would be more mellow and deeper. It just depends what sound youre going for.h
