ground clearance, and rattling
Try pushing on it in a few places to see if you can localize the rattle.
For clearance, i recommend you jack up the system with a board under the dumps as high as you can, try to make the bullets ride inside the DS tunnel. Lowering the rear of the car causes the TQ arm to ride up a bit higher and allows for a little more height (at least mine clears well now).
Did you flip the fuel line brackets?
There is a link in my sig to my exhaust pictures. After the ones with the extensions in place, there are some pics of how it was when it was still dumped. My clearance was pretty damn good like that. It took about 2 different trys of jacking around with it (literally) to get it right. Patience is key to making the system fit right. You have to make it higher and higher, and fix the problems you run into. For example, i had to bash in my driverside bullet a bit to make it fit inside the tunnel.
My car is lowered about an inch in the rear, keep that in mind.
As far as clearance, blur's advice should do the trick!
