march performance pulleys????

march performance pulleys???? im thinking about getting a set of pulleys from march performance and they have a set that comes with the a LS1 Dampener Pulley and it comes with a new harmonic balancer bolt and both belts which cost only 229.99..... and they say that these pulleys have been dyno tested at 12 hp gain and are SFI approved ...which is pretty cheap compared to other brands prices.... just wondering why its less expensive, is there more parts needed? or is this just a good price??
