Default when installing headers will I need to weld?

ok so I saw that link to the MAC header install guide and it seems so easy just time consuming. I am curious if I will need to do any of the following. If I do I would be less inclined to do it myself:

1) saw any pipes
2) weld any pipes

thanks

Nope, no sawing or welding required. The stock Y pipe is attached with bolts and a clamp, so you just unbolt and unclamp it. Then you clamp and bolt the MAC parts in place.

I did have a small spot weld made on the bottom of where my Y and intermediate pipe connect, just for insurance, but most people just have it clamped together.
