Water Pump
Water Pump I am doing a cam swap soon and i would like to replace the timing chain while I'm in there. My first question is do i have to remove the water pump to get to the chain? My second question is what should I Torque the bolts down to if i have to remove the Pump.
Re: Water Pump You will need new gaskets. There are 6 bolts total. The first pass on the bolts will be 11 ft lb. Then do a second pass of 22 ft lb. That should do it.
