Signs of a dying PCM?

Signs of a dying PCM? Today as I'm driving out of my complex, all the lights come on on the dash, the oil pressure/fuel level/coolant temp gauges all go to zero, the RPM gauge goes to 6,000 and the speedometer goes up to about 100mph. And the tripometer reset to zero.
The car continued to run fine and suddenly everything returned to normal.
It did this two times in a span of about 3 minutes.
Anybody got any ideas?

Re: Signs of a dying PCM? This is a batt problem. Bad connection at batt or loose batt. If it moves around and touches the drier it will do this. It all else good have the batt checked.

Then how could a loose connection on the battery effect the PCM after the car is running? Unless the PCM can't run off the alternator.
The battery is fully charged and the voltmeter is above 13volts even when the fans come on. So I don't think its the alternator.

Re: Signs of a dying PCM? It is not so much about connection as it is about spike. If you have a bad connection you will cause a spike in the electical system. Any spike will send the PCM into orbit.
