Default Rattling Heat Shield

I posted a few weeks ago about a horrible rattle I was gettin under the car. I check the heat shield and found that it about a .25" above the clamp where my OFP meets up with the header. The heat shield isn't extremly loose but it's loose enough to make the sound sometimes. I tried to push it put and bend it but there is no real room for it to move up to bend. Anyone got any solutions? I was half tempte to stick a bottle cap or something between the floor pan and the shield, but I didn't. I checked for screws and there is one up high and one down low, both seem to be tight, and I can't see if there is a screw right about the clamp.

Throw me some ideas fellas.

Just take it off. I don't have any heat shields on my car.

I cut part of the heatshield where it got close to the passenger header.

Taking off the heat shields? Is that a bad thing? I mean I don't want my passengers toes to get to hot. HA

Haha, I've never noticed a difference or had anyone complain.
