header questions I have someone that will sell me a brand new set of SLP longtube headers for 500, brand new in box, should I get just these headers, or get the MAC headers that include the Y-pipe? which ever one I get, im getting the SLP loudmouth exhaust system also. I WANT LOUD!!!

Re: header questions get a cutout and drive around with it open if you want LOUD.... getting a loudmouth makes it to where you CANT HAVE QUIET even if you want it.... leave your stock cat-back, get different tips if you want, but don't get loudmouth... lets see... $30 for cutout and get same performance and noise... or $350 for loudmouth... hmmmmm
As for the SLP headers.. if you don't plan on lowering your car then get them, that's a good price. If you are going to lower it though... they're gonna scrape on every speed bump or big bump in the road. You're luky you don't ive here... TRAIN TRACKS everywhere!

Re: header questions If you want loud, and dont have to pass emissions test, run the long tubes with true dual setup. I run hooker longtubes with true duals, and dynomax bullet mufflers with turndowns. You want loud, my friend this is it, any louder and your running open headers, that sound like ****!
