Will a header leak result in high LTFC readings? I just installed Hooker Lt's w/ ORP and they sound like crap under load (sounds good on a rev).
I'm getting LTFC readings of 20 on B1 and 16 on B2 at idle. Isn't this very lean?
I didn't torque the bolts down too hard because the bolts that came with
the headers seemed too short to me and I didn't want to strip the heads. Should I reuse the stock bolts and try again?

Re: Will a header leak result in high LTFC readings? If the air is coming in at the head, then yes, the O2s will see the extra air in the exhaust and think you're lean (adjusting LTrims accordingly).
Snug the bolts up. I used my stock header bolts and gaskets when my MAC headers were installed.
Also look into the restrictor plate mod as mentioned above. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
