Default Electric Fan Problem

Hey guys first let me tell you this is for a Dodge Dynasty, please don't get mad, I am asking you guys first because I trust you more than the mechanics around here, and LS1's use dual electric fans, too. The electric fans are not coming on when the air conditioner is on. The car will just heat up until the warning light comes on. I finally figured out that when I turned the AC off the fans came on. Fuses and relays are ok. Must be some sensor or something maybe??? Maybe someone might have a suggestion at what I should check??? Thank you very much!!! <img border="0" alt="[hail]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_hail.gif" />

I thought the fans were supposed to always come on with the AC, no matter what the coolant temp was. Is that right?

Yes,

The fans should come on with the A/C no matter what the coolant temp...sounds like you have a short somewhere.
