Default Friend needs advice on mods for 02' Firehawk

my friend just picked up his 2002 Firehawk and he has a little over 3000$ to spend on mods right now.

heres what he has so far:

2002 Firehawk
M6
all GM options

SLP options

Auburn
Lid
Dual Dual
mats
deck mat
portfolio
spoiler
chrome firehawk rims
bilstein
car cover

so far all he has done has tinted the windows.

Here is what I am reccomending he get but I wanna get all your advice too. BTW he wants it to be totally CA emmisions legal and does not want to screw with his warranty, so mostly bolt ons is what he is gonna get now.

FTRA
Baker Hose
Taylor 10mm wires
NGK TR-55's
JBA ceramic coated headers with Y pipe and Hgh flow cats
ASP pullies
Cut out with Mccord power plate
BMR tubular LCA's
BMR APHR
BMR torque arm
BMR tubular SFC's
Pro 5.0 Shifter
GMAF
BBK throttle body
Power slot rotors

I added all this up and it would be about 3500 so thats pretty close to the limit and I think its pretty good for a car to handle badass and still get a pretty good amount of power while being CA emmissions legal and not really to bad for getting warranty work.

A HPPIII.......It can easily be removed.

I wouldn't do anything that would he hard to remove just incase something messed up and it had to be sent back to the dealership for any work.

A cat back would be good too. (loudmouth maybe??)

FTRA Good
Baker Hose why not
Taylor 10mm wires not nessasary
NGK TR-55's Good
JBA ceramic coated headers with Y pipe and Hgh flow cats Good but Long tubes would be better (gota hate emissions)
ASP pullies Good
Cut out with Mccord power plate Good
BMR tubular LCA's Good
BMR APHR not nessasary
BMR torque arm not nessasary
BMR tubular SFC's Good
Pro 5.0 Shifter Good
GMAF would not waste the money
BBK throttle body would not waste the money
Power slot rotors not nessasary

For a 6 spd. I recommend some Nitto's, 4.10's and BMR lower control arm brackets.

Also his rear end is a little off center so the APHR would fix that and its pretty cheap, something like 110$. He wants to have the Torque arm too because eventually he is gonna build it up for more power and wants the car to handle it.

He does not want to do 4.10's yet because he is gonna be doing a lot of driving on the freeway especially so he is gonna need the gas for now.
I didn't think of the LCA relocation brackets but I'll mention that. The rotors are more of an appearance thing so that would kind of finish off the look of the car.

Any other ideas??

I also just thought of an SLP fan switch and 160* thermo...

Also instead of the MAF would it be more adventagious to get MAF ends and maybe a MAFT?

My A-tap should be delivered any day now so we could A-tap it and get his MAFT tuned in...

Skip the BBK TB and the GMAF.

I'd recommend a set of 3.73's or 4.10's (Either one isn't bad in a M6 for highway driving, I've got 3.73's now and it just makes 5th and 6th more useable), a MTI Lid, and maybe a small (75 shot) TNT Dry Kit. (Who needs a warranty anyway?!)

Good luck!

he was pretty ademate about not having nitrous and he already has the lid that came with the 20hp package. With the gears, it would cost a bit of money to get them installed. To save on installation cost we are trying to get all the mods so we can install them at home.
