Ported throttle body question

Ported throttle body question Is getting a ported throttle body worth the money for hp gained. I just ordered my MTI stage 2 heads and C2 cam so I am wondering if the ported throttle body would be worth slapping on while I have everything else tore off the car. Any comments apprecitated and any suggestions as to a quality manufacturer.

Re: Ported throttle body question Any ideas as to who makes a good one. I have heard that there is an independant guy that does them but I cant remember his name. Other than that the only ones I know of are MMS and a couple others.....help a brotha' out here!
Re: Ported throttle body question Call Thunder Racing or go to their website at www.thunderracing.com..I just installed one of there ported T/B's and they are really finished nicely..Once Thunder gets them back from the CNC porter Geoff polish's them by hand for a very small fee...Great mod to make and very inexpensive..
