Default throttle body?

I was wondering what kind of gains could be expected if I put an 80MM or 90MM TB on my car, don't have the LS6 intake yet. Can it hurt it?

i wouldn't waste money on an 80mm tb and i don't believe they make a 90mm to fit a GM intake yet

the most popular recommendation you will get from everyone here is to get your stock tb ported - and no, it will not hurt it

average gains are around 6 rwhp and you'll feel a snappier throttle response

i really wouldnt put a big TB on your car unless your making alot of power or u want a car for top end power, and yes it will hurt u low end if u dont have alot of mods to back it up.its not really necessary unless u have heads on the car. what do u have done to your car?

u could use one, but i think i would stay where u are cause a bigger TB will hurt low end and obviously with your mods your wanting to hook and kill the competition off the line. IMO

I'd get some heads first then go ahead and get a FAST 90/90 setup. IMO

Agreed, port the stocker, and do the bump stop mod...Theres not much point in putting a TB with a larger opening that your intake has ...
