160 thermostat???

160 thermostat??? Out of all the stuff I've put in my car, I've never really thought about putting a thermostat in the car...right now it runs a few millimeters before the 210 mark on the gauge...my fans come on early and thats why its lower than stock I guess...if I got a 160 thermo would I have to redo my LS1 edit programming???

and will read 210 most of the time
regardless of actual temp.
I have a digital water temp gauge
mounted on A-Pillar for this reason.

I have had no problems with this mod at all...
note the sensor doesnt go in very far at all..
