Which header coating is the best?
Re: Which header coating is the best? I can't speak for all coatings, but the Jet Hot 2000 coating seems to be top notch. It is obviously thicker than other coatings and also has a slight texture to it. I had my TTS's recoated after the stock stuff rusted in 6 weeks...

I've had lots of work done by Swain Tech.,they will coat the inside as well as the outside of headers. I have the engine internals as well as my intake manifold coated. The material used is "real" plasma applied ceramic material. Not Aluminized paint some try to pass off as ceramic. Dan (Swain) does a great job and is great to work with.
