Vacuum leak?
Vacuum leak? Where do the vacuum tubes on the back of the intake go? I know where the big one goes but what about the small one? I saw where someone posted a diagram somewhere that the air pump system had a vacuum tube on it that went to the back of the intake. So If I took off my air system would that cause an vacuum leak? I don't really think this is correct but I want to make sure. I have LS1 edit so I could just take off the air system delete the codes and be fine right? Thanks for any information.
Re: Vacuum leak? My AIR systems vacuum line was easily plug with a small screw. But.. after looking at it.. I'm not sure it needed it. That tube goes into a small sensor.. didn't appear to go to the intake.
Re: Vacuum leak? It must be different on yours than mine. I have a 99 and I can't find where there are any vacuum tubes coming off my air pump system. I just read where people were posting about the vacuum tubes and I could never find one. Would I know it if I didn't plug this vacuum tube?
Re: Vacuum leak? So you had three checkvalves? Two that go to the headers and the other one. If this is correct I don't have the same setup and that's what I needed to know.
