solid mounts and your frame

solid mounts and your frame so i am going to be getting the sphon solid motor mounts, i have the poly trans mount already to go in this weekend...but my ? is that i heard that with those mounts on the stock frame that you can actually bend the frame?!? 
is that true? i was told that i need to get a set of SFC's first to stiffen the frame....while i am not opposed to that 
...i dont want to wait that long....please let me know if i would twist the frame if i just went ahead with the mount install! thnx in advance!

I would run the SFC no matter what you do. But you may want to rethink the solid mounts unless this is a track only car. With solids you will feel "EVERY" every vibration in the car. A better choice is the urethane mounts. You still feel some but its not near as bad as solids.

If you're like me , go with the solid mounts . It does take a few pounds off the front end too .
