banging noise please help
banging noise please help when the engine is warmed up everytime i start letting off the clutch and giving it some gas the car shakes and the shaking makes something move and bangs a couple times around the tranny or so and the check gauges flashes, wierd huh 
. it started doing it after i installed stage 3 clutch but now its worse. any ideas

the stage 3 clutch is going to "chatter" when its installed and it will usually go away between 500-2000 miles. It may be shaking the car so much that the Y-pipe is hitting the floorboard. The check gauges is most likley from the knock sensor, which is sensing the vibration. Check the clearance on the y-pipe, and it may only hit when the motor is revved up mined did it after my spec stage 3 install, actually I had the same problem, after 400 miles the chatter when away and I bent the pipe and put some header wrap on it.
i going to change the y pipe for an x pipe true duals so hopefully its only the pipes hitting on the car, well see. and about the sensor i took it to a mech. and he said he got a code that said something about mask or mack sensor something like that i dont know. thanks for the info guys really helped thats why i love this place.
