Just wondering since everyone talks about it? Does it help? Is it hard to install?Any help would be great

MAF Translator. Very easy install. What it does is allow you to fool the computer. You can lean or richen the car with a pair of dials. The hardest part of the install is putting putting in two screws to mount the little box. Other than that it is two quick connnectors.
