??? About custom Y pipes...

??? About custom Y pipes... This is what I want to do...will it fit:
Grotts -> 3" dual cutouts -> stock cats in Y part -> 2.5" - 3" flowmaster collector -> existing 3" I pipe.
Don't worry about the 3" to 2.5", my exhaust guy can do it. IS THERE ENOUGH ROOM!?!
I'll get the parts and the labor will cost me $55 so it is very attractive to me at this point.
