Could this break welds or headers

Could this break welds or headers ok the banging problem we all get with LT's could it possibly break/crack headers or the welds on the headers or anything by hiting the underneath of the car by haveing the pressure of the motor twisting up on it and not haveing room to move any more. i wanna go race my car but im paranoid im gonna break somethin down there if it start banging bad when im racing, i have poly mounts comin in but im ding to go race.
Shouldn't hurt, it's just one night at the track, some people have to live with it for quite a while (till they order the parts, get them shipped, and find time to put them on)
FWIW I've never read of someone breaking their headers due to the y pipe banging
