Default next mod question?

ok i want to make one or two last mods before i move on to the stereo and appearance. so here is what i am thinking of doing. i was thinking along the lines of a Pace MAF and a bigger throttle body. i do not know if it will be worth it to get the TB. i thought about getting just the thunder racing MAF ends but then do i not have to tune the A/F ratio with AT or a MAFT? I was hoping to avoid all of that buy buying the pace unit that is already recalibrated. what should i do.

thanks for the opinions

Im no expert but from what I've read around here, it seems the throttle body upgrade isnt worth it unless your rockin an aftermarket intake or bigger engine, NOS, and/or so forth. I would go with the thunder racing MAF ends and maybe a set of headers. The TBs ive seen run around $400 so hell if your gonna spend that much for an upgrade that really wont do much then why not tack on a little more and go for a set of hookers?

just my opinion

yha hooker headers, would be real nice , but port those MAF ends your self, no reason to spend 100 bucks for the ends when you coulkd do it your self in abour 40 mins.,,,, headers and a y pipe you will sound good you wont notice too much but its a start,,,,,,,,CAM!!!!!!! if you want to get some real power

Ported stock MAF could cause you to run lean. Probably better off getting the Pace unit. That way if you have issues down the line you can put the stock one back on.

Headers might be a good choice as your next mod...
