I have been rolling around on 28" radials.
But with 26's in back I have only scraped once.
You can't raise up the exhaust any higher where I have the pipes because you will make contact with the fuel lines on the driver's side.
My 3' pipe originally came from our sponsor Billingsley Racing.
If the car bottoms out that much I am in trouble.
Also in the first pics the car is parked on a slight incline.

when do we get a wave file???
Looking good John, but you can do a few things to improve it. Unbolt the fuel line brackets that line the inside of the tranny tunnel next to the torque arm, bend the lines up, replace the bolt after flipping the plastic bracket upside down and snap the lines back in. Voila, instant inch and a half of clearance Also you would benefit from a cross-over, I would reccomend a Dr. Gas X-pipe. Pics of my duals are in the sig

Damn that looks nice!!! I have a few questions though: Is it hard for you to pass inspection without cats and turndowns before the axle in Houston? Do those dynomax bullets sound like glasspacks? How much did it cost total from collectors to turndowns, parts (x-pipe, bullets) and labor?

Too frikkin' loud with compression and cam. I sounded like a 9 second Nova race car and the cops all gave me the bad eye.
I now have Borla XR1 Sportsman mufflers. Straight thru design, basically have 3 perforated tubes that run thru the center of the muffler.
I already have an H-pipe but an X pipe would be better but I was modifying exhaust that was already made for another car.
A place like Billingsley Racing can take 3" round pipe and shape it into an oval. I like it better than Spintech because the Spintech oval-round transition pieces are very expensive. And you would need FOUR of them.
I also got the mufflers used.
I think you could do the exhaust for $400.
I should take mine off and get it coated.
Hoff, I was waiting for you to dog me on the 'frames. Never buy used bolt'on SFC's.
