Stumble problem.....ideas???

Stumble problem.....ideas??? I live in Phoenix with my 01 Z28. On some really hot days (110 + degrees and engine around 225 degrees) with the AC on, I will be sitting at a stop light at all of a sudden get a stumble. Most of the time the engine does not "die" but it has once or twice. If I am driving along (same temps.) or the AC is off, the car works fine.
Could my injectors be overheating? I have felt the crossover pipe when this happens and it is HOT!!!

I'd guess with the temps you're talking about it wouldn't surprize me if the engine stumbled once in awhile, with all the heat and then the AC compressor kicking on you could get a slight stumble at idle (low RPM's). Looks like you might want to see about getting the engine temp down some, I think I'd pass on touching the crossover pipe in the future. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
