Yes, but you can always make block off plates for the AIR and EGR.

You get what you pay for. If 375 is your budget for headers and you can not wait, then get them like I did. Yes they fit great, have a thick flange, the welds look OK but man will they rust in a daily driver. All the coating on my collectors has flaked off, and around the welds are little spots of rust. I have less than 10K miles with these headers. They started rusting before I drove on days with snow in Iowa, and I have been back in KS for a while now where we do not have near the salt on roads. I have wire brushed all the coating that would flake off, and painted the bottom half of my headers. I am keeping them until I decide if I want to go to a 408 and do things right starting with some stainless headers or something better.

so they are alittle rusty, its not like they will rust threw anytime soon.
rusty or not, they work the same way.
