Crankshaft Threads Stripped..??..
Plus you'd have to torque up 240 lbs, I'm sure it's possible, but those large size helicoils are really expensive. By the time you bought the drill bit, coil, and tap, you'd probably spend close to the price of an Eagle stroker crank. Much more than a used stock crank.

Its a 16mmX2.0.You can get everything for around $50,and I bought extra helicoils.I have a hardware store local called Mcfadden-Dales that stocks that size though,so I didnt have to order anything.I dont get how it would cost any where near a new crank including all the labor/other costs involved.Even since you already have another crank it would be still cheaper to helicoil than to tear it all down and replace it.
