Studs for stock exhaust manifolds?

Studs for stock exhaust manifolds? I acquired some 2001 cast iron manifolds this weekend for my car. Going to port them and use some gutted cats. Hoping to see a little more power without f'n with the sound of the car.
To my question, the driver's side manifold is missing one of the studs at the manifold/cat flange and the passenger side is missing all three. Where can I find replacements for these? When I put new ones in, do I just thread them in or should I use some Loctite as well?
