PCV mod,restricter plate.... anyone try restricting the flow of the PCV by placing a dime size piece of metal before the or right infront of the opening of the PCV valve.Sounds simple to do,just wondering.

Re: PCV mod,restricter plate.... Instead of physically defeating the PCV valve why not try to limit its contribution by installing a K&N filter cap in the valve cover instead of the standard cap. This would let it vent to atmosphere and reduce the internal engine pressure, which robs power.
