Fuel filter change sounds good.
I like to change my trans fluid about every 15K miles, first change in that range for sure.
There's a product called "BG".It's a three part process. One you pour into the gas tank.Another goes into the fuel rail schrader under pressure.A third is fogged down the intake through the throttle body. Most places charge in the $ 140 range for the service. It not only cleans out the injectors,it also cleans the top of the engine.I just had this performed & I'm going to autotap the car & see if the knock retard issue is fixed.

We do this all the time at the dealership i work at on 5.3, 4.8, and 5.7 cars and trucks. but we use a product by WYNN's instead of BG. works real well. there is actually a campaign out on the 4.8, 5.3, 6.0 liter trucks that come in with random misfire codes to have the injectors cleaned. by the way i think our dealership charges $120 for this.
Where can you get this wynns stuff?

I only ever used it when I worked in a garage turning a wrench for a living. a sales rep from wynns came by every couple weeks or so and kept us supplied. so I guess all I can say is check some of the garages in your area and see if they can help you out.
by the way, this ain't some stuff you just dump in your gas tank. you need some tools, adapters and such, to tie into your fuel system. you shut your fuel pump off and run your car off the wynns product. sometimes it'll take two or three cans of the stuff to get the job done.
I haven't looked, but they may be on the internet.
