Best Cats ?? Im looking for the highest flowing. I am getting a custom made Y pipe.
I just decided to make or have someone make me a Y pipe since I been waiting for ever for someone to come out with a stainless Y but nothing so far....

PM oxidizr, he works for magnaflow and said that they are in the process of developing a very high quality, race-type cat in the very near future..... thats what im waiting on! 
If you're looking for the best, I'd go with the Random Tech 7000 metal matrix cats. Very expensive at $200+ per cat, but they are supposed to flow awesome (500+cfm?). They have great customer service/followup as well.
As already mentioned above Magnaflow is coming out with a comparable metal matrix cat for less than $200. You may end up having to wait at least several months though before they become available.
