short belt part#
short belt part# i need the short belt part number.i have an asp pulley but i do not have the alternator pulley.can someone please give me the number in a gates,dayco or driverite brand please?thanks brian

Don't have the part number handy.. looked at the blet I use.. it has 4 different sets of numbers on it.. plus I can't remember the brand <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Re: short belt part# 522K6 That is the part number to the Kelly/Sprinfield brand you buy form autozone. All it is is a 52.2" belt with 6 rips. You should be able to go into any parts store and ask for that. Also, you dont have to remove the small pulley near the altenator. Alot do, I didnt and have had no problems, nor does it get in the way. But make sure you remove the bottom altenator bolt, or your new belt will get shredded! Have fun racing!

Re: short belt part# 522K6 is what I use, however, I don't have an ASP pulley. I would imagine it would work just fine though. Try it out, and see if it works. I'm sure if it doesn't they'll exchange it for a slightly smaller one.
