LS6 intake ques. Hey guys, I just bought an LS6 intake from a board member, and I'm a tad bit confused. It does not have an EGR provision, but the bottom of the intake looks like a LS1 intake. It doesn't have a flat floor. I'm comparing to a picture in GMHTP, May 2001, intake comparo on page 29.
So, whats the deal, I know the LS6 intakes don't have EGRs but the bottom of this thing is whats bugging me. Its not flat.

Re: LS6 intake ques. Its off of a LS1 corvette. The early C5's did not have the EGR tube on them, like the F bodies. You have a LS1 intake not a LS6. The bottom is the big indicator of that. Send it back and get your money back. It just happened to a buddy of mine he had to send it back.
