How restrictive is Borla w/full block-off plate?

How restrictive is Borla w/full block-off plate? What the title says. How restrive would the Borla be if the full block-off plate is installed, forcing all exhaust through the borla muffler ?
Re: How restrictive is Borla w/full block-off plate? Difference between Borla full block off & full open even on a 382 stroker was so small as to be attributed to Dyno run inconsistancies. Some claim more noticeable differences but my experience didn't show enough to claim significant gain. After some months with the loudness of the Borla with the full block off(FLP LT's)I replaced the catback with the stock SS catback. Much quieter and lost only about 10 HP and gained about 5 in torque that came on earlier in the RPM. Seems to me a fair exchange to reduce the boys in blue attention.
Re: How restrictive is Borla w/full block-off plate? i have the flp's, with cats in, and the borla, and this past friday, i played with it, and from full plate, to wide open, picked up about .5mph, but track conditions and weather conditions were getting better throughout the night, and it sat and cooled off while i took the plate out, so i can't say that there is a real big difference, other than it's amazing how quiet it is with the plate in.
