I hear ya, I hear ya. In fact, I don't have no TC, but that is the least of your concerns. Try the idle set screw, and see if that works. Adjust it in 1/16th increments until the idle is set. Larger increments outnumber smaller increments but that is another story altogether. Right now re-test with warm engine startup and cold engine startup. Finally check they are adjusted completely. Thanks all!

Hmph. From the looks of it I mistook the information you need, and since it is cruicial information I applogize for any problems I (or others like me) whiting about the same information....ANYWAY, what you want to check, now that you uh checked all of the above including the bolt, fasciner, and fasciner of the fasciner (lol) and also removed the year as the possibility, replace the cable again and put the filter assemble on it: you want to do this good so no dust or other debri get in the way, um, for your particular accomplishment SO, try that and see if it is good, and feel free to share your opinion and findings with the ls1 community in case it is something out of the ordinary, as I'm sure we would love to hear it and cover any questions you have.

Okay guys I STILL have the loud hissing noies coming from around the intake. And today after I pulled the car out of the garage, I found a redish colored O' Ring that has came off somewhere. It is about the size of a nickel and I imagine this is my problem question is where the hell did it come off???

Sounds like the o-ring from your IAC motor. Pull it and see if you forgot to put the o-ring back on.
