Can I fix this exhaust leak?

Can I fix this exhaust leak? My bank 1 primary tubes have a slight exhaust leak where they merge with the collector. There are numerous soot marks along the welds and it appears there are more in the center of where the primaries merge.
Due to the tight location, I don't think it can be welded. I'd prefer to leave the header installed for the repair. If I have it removed at a shop, that's just money I can put towards new headers.
Any other suggestions on what I can do to fix the leak(s) short of replacing the header? I used some sort of exhaust sealant in a tube to seal my broken EGR tube...might I be able to use that?
